Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ACTI collects, uses, stores and discloses information.
Information we process
Account: Firebase user ID, email, display name, sign-in provider and authentication status. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not available to ACTI. Firebase may process IP address, user agent and security signals for authentication and abuse prevention.
Profile: name, selected or custom interests, preference regarding activities outside the home, optional country/city/neighbourhood entered manually, selected language and tutorial status. ACTI does not request GPS permission or collect precise device location.
Activities: accepted activities, translations, steps, creation and completion times, status, limited recent titles and generation/replacement timestamps used for limits.
Optional photos: a moment photo is captured only after your action, compressed and stored on ACTI's server with the completed activity. Photos are not sent to AI or place-search providers. Completion without a photo is available.
Purchases: Firebase ID, email, display name, product, entitlement, renewal and expiration information may be processed by RevenueCat and Google Play. ACTI never receives full payment-card or Google Pay credentials.
Technical data: IP address, request time and result, device/OS or app version, and limited security/error logs may be processed to operate and secure ACTI. ACTI has no third-party ads and does not use advertising identifiers.
Use of information
We use information to authenticate users, synchronise profiles, personalise and translate activities, save accepted and completed activities, enforce service limits, verify Premium, provide requested local notifications, troubleshoot and secure ACTI, comply with law and resolve disputes.
Artificial intelligence and location discovery
For generation, ACTI may send OpenRouter and an underlying AI model provider your name, interests, outside-home preference, manually entered location, output language, a limited list of recent activity titles, and relevant public place/news context. Email, credentials, photos and complete activity history are not sent in an AI request.
The location text you enter may be submitted to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Overpass API, GDELT and, for eligible Premium requests, OpenRouter web search. Name, email, photos and activity history are not sent to OpenStreetMap or GDELT. AI output can be inaccurate; verify important venue information.
Service providers and disclosure
ACTI uses Google Firebase/Google Sign-In, OpenRouter and underlying AI providers, RevenueCat, Google Play, Amazon Web Services, OpenStreetMap Nominatim/Overpass and GDELT. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or ACTI, or during a lawful business transfer. ACTI does not sell personal data or share it for third-party targeted advertising.

Security and international processing
ACTI uses HTTPS, authenticated Firebase ID tokens, access controls and server-side Premium verification. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable contractual or legal safeguards.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Profile and activity history are generally retained while the account is active. Individual activities are deleted when you remove them. Local preferences remain until app data is cleared or ACTI is uninstalled.
Account deletion permanently removes the ACTI profile, activities, moment photos, suggestion history, limit records and RevenueCat customer data. Limited records may be retained where legally required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or subscription disputes. Store transaction records follow Google Play's retention requirements. Deleting ACTI does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
You may edit your profile, omit location, decline photos and notifications, delete activities and delete the account. Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal data. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Open ACTI account-deletion instructions.
Children and changes
ACTI is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum digital-consent age in their country. Contact us if a child supplied information without valid consent. We may update this policy and will change the date above; additional notice will be provided where legally required.
